I booked Leonardos for a girlie stay; went to see Tina Turner story at Palace theatre. A short taxi ride away, 10 minutes depending om traffic. As check in as 3pm, when we arrived, we had drinks while we waited. Quick check in, simple instructions. Room was spacious, plenty of towels & pillows. Great view of the city. Bed was comfy. Room hot but could have adjusted temp controls, if I had thought at the time. Breakfast, we decided the following morning to indulge. £10pp; hot and cold drinks, pastries, cereals to start and hot food buffet style. Excellent! Set us up for the day. Swift check out by handing on the key card. Would definatley stay again.
Stayed here when seeing Lady Gaga at Co Op live, and was highly satisfied with my experience! Lovely clean hotel with modern rooms, comfortable beds, a lovely bathroom with both overhead and handheld shower head, with toiletries like soap, shower gel, and even body lotion provided. The location was perfect as it was an easy 30 minute walk to and from Co Op Live - easy to follow signs for the walking route that were visible from just outside the hotel. Quiet at night so got a good sleep before having to wake up early to catch the train back. Both the check in and check out were a smooth experience, and we encountered no problems during our short stay. Would absolutely return next time I’m in Manchester.
Very welcoming and polite staff, brilliant bar staff with great energy, room was clean and although a little smaller as shown online as it was a corner room, it didnt feel cramped and the view was amazing as the bed faced a wide window. With the table by the window also, I could enjoy a morning tea and evening takeaway with a view. 100% recommend. Will be returning.
Overall experience was pleasant. Small issue with our room which was quickly resolved by staff. Ben on reception the night manager is brilliant really goes above and beyond! Also when checking in Mia was so busy and remained so calm, courteous & professional. Would highly recommend Will stay here again
Amazing experience at the Leonardo Hotel- The staff were so attentive, professional, friendly & so lovely! Dale and Malik really went above & beyond in making sure i was taken care of, helped me with my luggage, great customer service, the breakfast was soo good, as i was a leonardo member i had a complimentary check out, the room was clean, and spacious, mini fridge in the room, shower was amazing, and the onsite gym! everything was 10/10 - it was my second time staying at the leonardos and i will definitely be returning
Nice hotel. Plenty of room. Concierge was helpful and bar staff friendly offering advice. Good quality soap and shampoo. Clean room. View was pretty meh but wasn't there to look out windows Jasmine on the bar was lovely and convinced me to try the nearby domino's. Domino's in Australia is a joke brand.. while Jasmine convinced me to try... it WAS slightly better than Aussie domino's. Thanks for convincing me to try
From check in to check out the whole experience was lovely. The hotel staff are welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was local and the staff were amazing in highlighting which dietary foods we could have. The rooms themselves were clean and bright.
